Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned User Acquisition Strategist to spearhead our user acquisition efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving user growth through effective campaign strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive user acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google Adwords, and Apple Search Ads
  • Building, tracking, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns to maximize ROI and ROAS
  • Creating performance reports and communicating results to stakeholders
  • Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to drive business growth

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in user acquisition, preferably in mobile games
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding team members
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive results

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
