User Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced User Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our UA team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through data-driven user acquisition campaigns.
The RoleAs a UA Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, launching, and managing performance-driven user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Optimizing campaigns daily and weekly to achieve ROI, LTV, and ROAS targets.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using Appsflyer, Firebase, and internal dashboards.
- Collaborating with the Product and Live Ops teams to align UA spend with events, content updates, and monetization opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2–5 years' experience in UA marketing for mobile games with proven success in managing profitable campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent data interpretation abilities.
- Hands-on expertise with Appsflyer (MMP), Firebase, and ad platform dashboards.
- Familiarity with ASO and organic uplift strategies.
- Experience with IP-based titles (Sports, Kids, Entertainment, or Hollywood).
- Knowledge of ad monetization and cross-promotion strategies within live portfolios.
