Job Title: Senior Strategic Sales Partner
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 4-8 years of experience in travel tech, SaaS, or B2B enterprise sales to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the travel tech space.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B enterprise clients within the travel and holidays industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations tailored to client needs in travel SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and delivery of client expectations.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide detailed reporting to senior leadership.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in travel tech and SaaS.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will drive enterprise sales across SMEs and institutional clients in your region. You will build long-term strategic partnerships with large travel agencies and channel partners. Your key objectives will be to own GMV targets, pipeline growth, and market share expansion.
You will sell the entire hypermarket: APIs, white-labels, SaaS platforms, and managed travel. You will collaborate with onboarding, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless client activation.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the travel tech or SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
