We are currently seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion by cultivating key business relationships and spearheading new sales initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our organization in a leadership capacity.
">- Business Acquisition & Growth: Identify, cultivate, and acquire new corporate clients to secure salary account tie-ups, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders in corporates, including HR heads, finance teams, and decision-makers, ensuring exceptional service standards and effective query resolution.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Executives, providing training and coaching to enhance productivity and performance.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards, providing timely reports and business updates to management.
Essential Skills:
- Proven track record in business development and growth, specifically in securing corporate tie-ups.
- Strong skills in client relationship management and delivering high service standards.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a sales team, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue targets.
- Excellent understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Superb communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
