Job Title: Food Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our food and beverage operations as a Food Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain budgets for food and beverage departments
  • Lead and manage the food and beverage team, including supervising and mentoring employees
  • Oversee all culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service operations
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest concerns
  • Monitor and maintain employee productivity levels and develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work

Candidate Profile:

  • High school diploma or GED required; 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related field OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Ability to develop and implement business plans, manage budgets, and ensure cost management indexes are maintained
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
