Job Description

Direct the New Product Development Teams towards creating sustainable product pipelines for bakery ingredients portfolioLead the teams to broader technologies like protein technologies, natural solutions and functional flours, to deliver superior resultsWork in collaboration with customers, internal stakeholders, institutions and ingredient suppliers towards positive impact on New Product Development and better value creation for customersRecommend the management towards potential and strategic acquisition opportunities in line with organisation long term goalsAssist with CAPEX plans, project management, raw material, packaging, shipping, and similar manufacturing support to ensure process excellence and operational efficiencyProvide insights and suggest disruptive/innovative technologies for the management to achieve efficient manufacturing capabilitiesLiaise with Human resource team to ensure talent requirements, training and adequate development goals for the R&D teams

The Successful Applicant

· Master's/Doctorate degree in Food Technology, Bakery Science, or any relevant field

· Highly developed personal computing skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat (or other art-related software) for frequent interaction with internal and external customers.

·Exposure of bakery ingredients, bakery applications, product innovation, improvers, enzymes and emulsifiers is a must

Candidate must have atleast 14+ years of experience from a relevant Food Ingredients and Bakery/Bread Products background
