Job Title - Process Manager

Location Bhopal (WFO)

Working Days- 5 (Monday- Friday)

Shift Timings - 6:00pm to 3:30am IST

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of client interviews, assessments, and technical evaluations during the pre-sales phase.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand client needs and clearly articulate those to the development team.
  • Identify suitable technical resources and coordinate the timely delivery of small-scale POCs and sample code
  • Supervise the creation, review, and refinement of technical and functional documentation, including use cases and solution overviews.
  • Continuously analyze and refine internal processes to improve efficiency, quality, and team performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

years of Proven experience in project coordination, technical pre-sales, or operational management (preferred training or recruitment domain)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in transcription, typing, and operational support tools is a plus.
