Job Opportunity: Customer Care Representative

We are seeking an experienced customer care professional with excellent communication skills and expertise in B2B as well as B2C international customer service domains.

This role involves effective coordination with Australian customers/stakeholders and fiber order management, requiring strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and messages throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
  • Accurately perform feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, ensuring adherence to client standards and guidelines.
  • Order and contract creation, follow up, and maintaining end-to-end visibility of order status.
  • Proactively manage internal and external stakeholder engagement, including clear, concise, and timely communication.
  • Evaluate deliverables for 100% Quality and KPI compliance.
  • Generate daily dashboards on order status and update customers accordingly.

Requirements:

  • At least 1+ years of experience in International Call center operations (Australian English).
  • Preferrable: Order Management knowledge.

  2. To effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. To maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and transactions.
