Job Title: Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and complete accepted reinsurance contracts, review contract wordings with third parties, and support contract data entry, monitoring, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international reinsurance programmes and contracts, proven experience drafting reinsurance agreements, and skilled negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and complete accepted reinsurance contracts and related documentation in line with established standards.
  2. Review and provide first-level control of contract wordings with third parties.
  3. Support contract data entry, monitoring, and reporting through various systems.
  4. Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure timely completion.
  5. Monitor countersignature processes and ensure contract integrity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance/reinsurance.
  • Strong knowledge of international reinsurance programmes and contracts.
  • Proven experience drafting reinsurance agreements.
  • Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with contract systems and ability to work independently/remotely.
