The successful candidate will support our client onboarding process by verifying, validating, and authenticating documents submitted by clients to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
The primary responsibilities include managing data collection, storage, processing, and retrieval to support business operations and decision-making, submitting documents to reinsurers, monitoring agreements, and following up with clients and reinsurers.
The specialist will also handle inquiries from reinsurers and clients, assist in the quick settlement of funds to clients and reinsurers, and ensure smooth team operations by addressing concerns promptly and providing solutions that enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Verifying, validating, and authenticating documents submitted by clients
- Managing data collection, storage, processing, and retrieval
- Submitting documents to reinsurers and monitoring agreements
- Following up with clients and reinsurers
- Handling inquiries from reinsurers and clients
