Reinsurance Business Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in treaty and facultative reinsurance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and corporate clients.
- Understand client needs and design effective reinsurance solutions.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage with reinsurers to deliver optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in reinsurance.
To be successful in this role, you should have a postgraduate qualification in Insurance, Finance, or a related field, along with relevant insurance certifications. Additionally, you should have 5-10 years of experience in reinsurance business development with a broker, insurer, or reinsurer.
