Reinsurance Placement Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience in reinsurance and placements to lead our strategic placement initiatives.

As a Reinsurance Placement Leader, you will be responsible for navigating the intricacies of reinsurance while developing and executing strategic reinsurance plans that align with our business objectives.

You will lead treaty and facultative placements ensuring optimal terms and conditions for clients, establish and nurture strong relationships with reinsurers, brokers, and other stakeholders, analyze market trends to recommend innovative reinsurance structures and programs, and drive the efficient handling of all reinsurance placement documents and contracts.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or risk management
  • Advanced certifications in reinsurance will be a plus
  • 7 years of experience in reinsurance and placement strategies
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Proven analytical and financial modeling proficiency
