Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our team in implementing data management and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Master Data Management (MDM) strategies to improve data quality and reduce errors.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Analyse business requirements and design data models to meet those needs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in MDM and related technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an SSC environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SAP HANA and RPA tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience working with cloud-based systems and applications.
