Job Title:

Leadership Executive for Growth Initiatives

The Director of Counselling plays a pivotal role in devising strategic processes, guiding counselling teams, and driving growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning regional profit and loss accounts for counselling teams.
  • Leading high-performing teams by demonstrating leadership skills, creating an exceptional work culture, and bringing a strong customer focus.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies for sustainable customer bases and business models.
  • Auditing and implementing operations initiatives while efficiently managing teammates.
  • Driving team 10X growth by owning end-to-end processes from top-of-funnel to bottom-of-funnel.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the study abroad industry.
  • Over 10-12 years of experience managing profit and loss with teams of 50+ professionals.
  • Scaling teams and designing processes across 2-3 companies with a strong grasp of technology.
  • Operational excellence defining, monitoring, and improving processes and metrics.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders across the business, channel partners, counsellors, and operations.
  • Building client and non-client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
