We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our technology team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:


The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of systems and data. They will also oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems, to ensure high availability and performance.


Additionally, the IT Manager will collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions that align with business objectives and compliance requirements. They will also manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.


Technical Skills:


The ideal candidate will have advanced experience managing and troubleshooting VM environments, with expertise in hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. They will also have expertise in software & hardware troubleshooting across a range of systems and platforms.


Other Requirements:


The IT Manager must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively. They must also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.


A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required. At least 8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3-4 years of experience in leading/ managing an IT team/projects is preferred.
