Program Manager

This is a full-time remote role where you will oversee and manage the implementation of educational programs. Your goal will be to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and coordinate with various stakeholders.

As a Program Manager, daily tasks will include planning and executing program activities, monitoring progress, managing resources, and facilitating communication between instructors, students, and the administration. You will also be tasked with evaluating program effectiveness and making continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
  • Experience in the education sector, preferably in online or adult education
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess program performance and implement improvements
  • Proficiency in resource allocation and management
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
