
Strategic Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our finance team in achieving financial excellence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, audit compliance, and analytical support. This includes managing financial accounting for the business-to-consumer segment, closing monthly books, and providing timely financial reports to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial accounting for the B2C segment to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Closed monthly books and provide accurate financial reports to management on a timely basis.
- Plan, execute, and close quarterly statutory audits in a manner that meets regulatory requirements.
- Prepare BS disclosures on a periodical basis and ensure correct reporting in accordance with accounting standards.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting standards and practical experience in their application to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely closing and reporting of financials.
- Ensure accurate segmental reporting and elimination of group transactions.
- Review monthly closing checklist and ensure proper review for all BS items periodically.
- Provide internal reporting of BS KPI to management for informed decision-making.
- Lead and supervise a team of professionals, motivating and coaching them as needed to achieve individual and team goals.
- End-to-end responsibility for closure of Financial Statements for the parent company and Indian subsidiaries.
- Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and CARO.

- Strong knowledge of accounting guidelines and standards, CARO, and related regulations to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Educational Qualifications:
A Chartered Accountant with 7 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance is required for this role.
