We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Planning Manager to lead our financial planning & analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights and drive business growth.
  • Oversight of service delivery as per defined SLAs with business divisions.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize planning & analysis tasks.
  • Partner with divisional finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to lead annual planning activities.
  • Coordinate close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepare content for senior leadership reviews.
  • Develop sustainable content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and deliver deep-dive financial analytics for decision-making.
Requirements
  • CA qualification with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience.
  • Relevant FP&A expertise, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
