Job Role: Strategic Business Finance Lead

About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. As a Strategic Business Finance Lead, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic financial planning, decision support, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust financial models and forecasting tools to inform business strategy and investment decisions.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and commentary to senior stakeholders, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, automate reporting, and enhance data analytics capabilities.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business innovation and competitiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in FP&A, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP), and reporting tools.
