Job Opportunity for Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

Hiring for experienced professionals with a background in financial planning & analysis and accounting.

Job Location: Noida

Designation: Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst/Associate Manager

Years of experience: 3 to 12 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Shift: Must be willing to work in US Shifts

5 days work from office

Interview Details:

  • Date: 19th Sep'25 till 20th Sep'25
  • Timing: 10am to 2pm

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. At least 3-12 years of working experience in financial planning & analysis and accounting role
  2. Experience in independent end-to-end month-end closing and reporting
  3. Strong knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Management Reporting
  4. Advance Excel, Power Point knowledge and working experience is mandatory
  5. Good knowledge and working experience on PeopleSoft will be preferred
  6. Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Experience in hospitality / entertainment industry can be an added advantage

Job Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
  2. Prepare ad-hoc financial/management reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information from various sub-systems
  3. Strong business acumen, accounting skills, a go-getter attitude, and out-of-the-box thinking are required
  4. Analyze and evaluate financial data and create financial models for decision support
