Customer Loyalty Specialist

We are seeking an experienced customer loyalty specialist to lead our CRM efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing the campaign calendar across categories to foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Managing daily tasks and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Designing personalized customer journeys across touchpoints to maximize engagement.
  • Collaborating with creative, category, product, and analytics teams to drive business growth.
  • Developing dashboards and reporting campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Driving insights and learnings to improve future strategies and enhance customer experience.
  • Overseeing vendor relationships for CRM platforms to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in consumer tech or e-commerce.
  • Strong grasp of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping principles.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools, including Clevertap, MoEngage, and Branch.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
