About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Customer Retention Specialist in Hyderabad. The primary focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and analyzing feedback to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers.
  • Monitor upcoming renewals, forecast potential risks/opportunities, and proactively address any issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate renewal quotes, contract preparation, and billing alignment.
  • Negotiate renewal terms within established guidelines to maintain high renewal rates.
  • Develop strategies to drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, or adoption sessions to understand customer goals and align product value.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders by providing feedback to Product, Support, and Marketing teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles with a focus on retention.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales, customer success, and finance processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
