Digital Outreach Specialist

This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement and recovery across delinquency stages through effective digital outreach strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Design and Execution
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns tailored to customer segments and delinquency stages.
  • Maintain a campaign calendar aligned with business priorities and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and escalation protocols.
  • Utilize the campaign builder platform to configure customer segments across channels and vendors.
  • Ensure dynamic allocation logic based on risk scores and payment behavior.
Vendor Management
  • Manage digital campaign vendors and platforms, ensuring performance, compliance, and integration with internal systems.
  • Track vendor KPIs such as engagement rate and recovery performance.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Leverage campaign analytics to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Use A/B testing and segmentation analysis to refine outreach strategies.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to RBI guidelines and data privacy norms.
  • Maintain documentation for compliance audits and Operational Risk Management (ORM).
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5–10 years in digital marketing or collections strategy.
  • Experience in financial services preferred.
  • Proficiency in campaign platforms, SQL, and visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data integration workflows.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks and ORM documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
