Job Title: Operations Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced Costing and Controlling professional to drive efficiency and profitability across product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate product costing, margin analysis, and profitability reports for senior management review.
  • Build and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM), overhead allocation, and cost structures in line with industry best practices.
  • Support business decisions through data-driven insights and cost optimization recommendations.
  • Partner with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to control costs and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor SKU-wise, region-wise, and customer-wise profitability performance using advanced analytical techniques.
  • Provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Present regular financial controlling reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Product Controlling / Costing / Business Finance in manufacturing or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, pricing models, and financial controlling principles.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting tools.
  • Excellent coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset, process-oriented, and detail-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • From manufacturing or related industries with experience in high-SKU environments.
  • Ability to work closely with senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Comfortable handling multi-location operations and working with diverse teams.
