Program Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead operational processes, drive efficiency, and enhance scalability across our fulfillment, warehousing, and other operational teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent analytical abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Design and implement streamlined workflows to reduce errors, improve efficiency, and standardize processes.
  • Project Leadership: Manage projects focused on automation, scalability, and operational excellence. Support execution of new launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with fulfillment and warehousing teams to ensure seamless order flow. Foster close relationships with supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product teams.
  • Data Analysis: Develop data-driven dashboards and reports to provide visibility into operational performance. Identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management (D2C / retail / fashion / e-commerce preferred).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a reputable institution, with strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong ownership mindset, ability to navigate ambiguity, and exceptional cross-team collaboration.
