Job Title: Floor Supervisor

About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management
    • Oversee daily floor activities, ensuring all games and attractions are operational and running smoothly.
    • Supervise gaming attendants, cashiers, and support staff during shifts to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Monitor customer flow, manage waiting times, and resolve service-related issues quickly and efficiently.
    • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, reported, and repaired as needed to minimize downtime.
    • Assist in stock management for tokens, tickets, and consumables to ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Customer Experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Educate customers about games, safety rules, and promotions to enhance their overall experience.
    • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards across the gaming zone are consistently met.
    • Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to management to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or gaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and direct teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude to drive exceptional customer satisfaction.
