Job Title:
Site Manager - Operational Excellence Specialist

The Site Manager - Operational Excellence (ManEx) is a leadership role responsible for driving improvement initiatives across the site to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve manufacturing performance, eliminate waste, and enhance efficiency.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve targets, leveraging expertise in lean sigma, TQM, TPM, and Autonomous Maintenance.
  3. Analyze data, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions to improve processes and drive cultural change.
  4. Standardize process improvements across units to ensure consistent results.
  5. Drive employee development, focusing on technical capabilities, understanding of required processes, and cultural shift.
  6. Implement and sustain improvement programs, adhering to Global Supply ManEx processes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree, MS or MBA preferred.
  • 4-8 years of relevant operational excellence experience, preferably in consumer goods manufacturing.
  • Lean sigma certification and thorough knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence principles.
  • Strong focus on Process Improvement, Waste Reduction, Efficiency Optimization, Root Cause analysis, and Problem-Solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with demonstrated team leadership, and ability to drive culture change.
