Site Excellence Manager

About the Role:

This is a high-profile opportunity to lead the implementation of Manufacturing Excellence principles across our site. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving change management processes, coordinating departmental alignment, and ensuring seamless deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Site Master Plan to drive manufacturing excellence.
  • Lead change management processes to achieve key objectives and priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful ManEx deployment and supply chain alignment.
  • Implement process improvements to meet business goals and develop high-performing teams.
  • Provide coaching and leadership to operational teams on waste reduction and process improvement.
  • Engage with daily operations reviews to identify performance opportunities and assess maturity levels.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive engagement and momentum throughout the ManEx journey.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Consumer Goods manufacturing and process improvement.
  • Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree; MS or MBA preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of Manufacturing Excellence principles and strong focus on process improvement, waste reduction, efficiency optimization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong influencing skills to persuade senior stakeholders using data-driven insights.
  • Excellent relationship management to drive internal and external collaborations.
  • Outstanding leadership skills to drive people performance and sustain culture change.
