Position: Design Lead- DFT

Delivering Complex IPs

This role requires a highly motivated, energetic individual contributor who is willing to take on the challenge of delivering complex IPs using the latest advanced Design for Test skills and tools.

Technical Requirements

  • Good knowledge in DFT Skills
  • Solid understanding of DFT Architecture and hands-on experience with Scan, ATPG, Simulation & GLS
  • Prior experience with Synopsys or Cadence or Mentor tools like Tetramax, Modus, Tessent, and DC tools
  • Hands-on experience with MBIST insertion and simulation
  • A good understanding of JTAG is an added advantage
  • Excellent Simulation debugging skills
  • Technical Documentation: architecture specification, SoC integration specification
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Perl, Python, Shell, or TCL
