As a seasoned Design Manager, you will spearhead the design strategy and vision for our AI-driven sales solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and sales professionals to create user-centered designs that elevate the sales experience. Your role will involve conducting research, usability testing, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure our designs remain cutting-edge and effective. Additionally, you will mentor and guide a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, or related field, accompanied by 8+ years of experience in product or service design, or equivalent experience
  • OR A Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, or related field, accompanied by 6+ years of experience in product or service design, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience

You will deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring, while being responsible for attracting and retaining top talent. You will ensure quality by driving QAs and pushing the design agenda forward, leading the production of visual designs, and overseeing the creation of various visual design documents.

This position requires meeting Microsoft security screening requirements, which include passing the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
