We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Visionary to spearhead the development of sustainable and climate-responsive projects. Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive design plans and specifications that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies for achieving optimal building performance.
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Professional degree in architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience in architecture or interior design.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of energy-efficient design principles and sustainable materials.
  • Experience with daylighting and thermal comfort simulations.
  • Familiarity with green building certifications and LEED protocols.
