Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer to lead our Security Defense Platforms team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic and technical direction to the entire Security Foundations domain across our Hyderabad site.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in designing and architecting secure software products. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure the right solution is designed, built, and delivered.

In this role, you will also be responsible for leading the execution against strategy for critical projects and areas, partnering with relevant engineering and cross-functional directors. Additionally, you will set local engineering culture for 100+ engineers, ensuring good collaboration across sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
  • 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.
  • Experience in developing security or privacy products.
