**Senior Manager Silicon Design Engineering Role Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our silicon design engineering team in the development of NPU IP.

This role requires a deep understanding of design implementation and flows, tools, and methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading front-end design and integration of sub-systems for complex SOCs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage design and front-end integration teams for NPU.
  • Drive design execution using technical expertise, mentoring teams of engineers, and being responsible for overall execution quality and schedule.
  • Define and implement RTL design methodologies and best practices.
  • Lead teams, meet schedule commitments, and provide strong support to various customers.
  • Ensure designs meet performance, power, and area targets and verification coverage for successful silicon.
  • Work with verification and physical design teams to achieve high-quality designs and successful tape-out.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful and on-time delivery of NPU.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong design experience in ASIC designs, RTL design in Verilog/System Verilog, preferably in complex SOCs like CPU/GPU.
  • Modern SOC tools such as Spyglass, Questa CDC, Cadence Conformal Low Power, VCS simulation.
  • Experience with power domains and power islands using UPF flows and Cadence Conformal Low Power.
  • Expertise in circuit timing/STA and practical experience with Prime Time or equivalent tools.
  • Hands-on with TCL, Perl, Python scripting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experiences:

  • Experience working with AI inference accelerators.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
