Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Setup Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are set up and running smoothly.

This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in store design, layout, and setup, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and other design tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement store layouts and designs that meet brand guidelines and customer needs.
  • Prepare and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for materials, fixtures, and store setup requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient store setup execution.
  • Maintain accurate design files, project progress reports, and material records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D drafting)
  • Basic knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design tools
  • Understanding of BOQ preparation and material estimation
  • Excellent communication and vendor coordination abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
