Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Store Associate to manage inventory, maintain accurate records, and handle materials effectively.

This role involves overseeing stock levels, ensuring timely issuance of materials, coordinating with production teams, and verifying incoming materials against purchase orders.

  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, finished goods, and consumables in the stores.
  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, raise alerts for reordering, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.

In addition, you will be responsible for issuing materials to production, maintenance, and other departments based on approved requisitions, coordinating with production teams to ensure availability of required materials, and verifying incoming materials against purchase orders.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP/Inventory Management systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/engineering setup and a Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain / Materials Management / Commerce or relevant field.
