About Bridlen

Bridlen is a premium shoemaker dedicated to craftsmanship, timeless design, and honest shoemaking. Each pair is made with traditional techniques like Goodyear welting and hand-channeling, reflecting a commitment to quality and heritage. We are opening our flagship store in Bombay and are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead operations, build a strong team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that embodies Bridlen's values.

Key Responsibilities

1.Leadership & Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-first service.
  • Set and track performance goals for the team.

2.Customer Experience

  • Ensure every customer receives premium, personalized service.
  • Resolve escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and repeat customers.

3.Sales & Growth

  • Drive sales performance and consistently achieve store targets.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Support and execute in-store events, launches, and brand activations.

4.Operations & Inventory

  • Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee inventory, stock levels, and replenishments.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, customer insights, and operations.

5.Visual Merchandising & Brand Identity

  • Maintain Bridlen's premium retail standards in displays and presentation.
  • Ensure the store reflects craftsmanship, timeless design, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in luxury/fashion/footwear.
  • Proven success in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for artisanal products, craftsmanship, and premium customer service.
  • Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems.
  • Fluent in English; Hindi/Marathi.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic retail setup.
