Job Title: Commercial Property Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that requires the ability to identify and evaluate potential locations for retail stores and dark stores, as well as oversee the end-to-end management of commercial property leases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site analyses to determine the feasibility of potential locations for retail stores and dark stores.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property consultants, brokers, and other stakeholders in the industry.
  • Manage the entire process of securing commercial properties, from initial contact to lease execution.
  • Negotiate and finalize lease agreements that meet business objectives and minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of property acquisitions into overall business strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, business administration, or urban planning.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in commercial property acquisition or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and conditions.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
