Java Technical Support Specialist

MNR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Java Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support for our Java applications, ensuring optimal performance and resolving issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support for Java applications, addressing technical issues and queries from users.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose application-related problems to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Manage incidents and service requests related to Java applications, ensuring they are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Java and related technologies (J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
  • Experience with application servers (e.g., Tomcat, WebLogic) and databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL).
  • 4+ years of experience in Java support or a similar role.
