We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Growth Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
- Identify and cultivate business opportunities with prospective customers.
- Deepen existing relationships to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
- Maintain and exceed annual business targets.
- Conduct regular reviews of underperforming customers and develop action plans for improvement.
- Assess and meet client needs, generating new revenue streams through cross-selling opportunities.

- Plan and execute marketing events and conferences to attract new customers.
- Monitor process efficiency and provide input for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to drive product customization and process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on market intelligence and track competition best practices.
- Ensure full awareness of all company policies and procedures.
