HR Business Partner

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in linking HR strategies with business objectives, driving performance and employee engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • In collaboration with senior management, design and implement HR initiatives that drive business success and positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee end-to-end employee life-cycle management, talent and performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficient coordination throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies for talent segmentation, development, and retention that support business growth.
  • Enhance people practices to align with business strategy and encourage demonstration of company values and culture.
  • Manage rewards and recognition frameworks and lead change management efforts to support business transformation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in HRBP role with experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
