Job Description

We're looking for a Digital Identity Strategist to lead our Data Enrichment efforts and spearhead our Digital Identity strategy. This role will have a significant impact on how we manage guest data, prioritize privacy & security, and innovate our digital identity solutions.

As a Digital Identity Strategist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping how Target understands and interacts with our guests. You'll develop and execute a forward-thinking strategy for guest digital identity, focusing on identity matching and device stitching. You'll collaborate with marketing and digital teams to develop strategies for promoting and driving adoption of digital products related to customer identity management.

You'll partner with teams across Target, including Engineering, Data Sciences, Digital, and Roundel to create robust digital identity solutions that prioritize security and privacy. You'll define and track key metrics to measure the success of our digital identity initiatives, ensuring we continuously improve and innovate.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.

Experience & Expertise:

  • 8+ years in Product management, including experience with guest identity or marketing domains. Retail industry experience is a plus.

Gross Salary Estimate:$115,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
