Lending Solutions Specialist

This is a dynamic role within our sales team focused on promoting lending solutions to customers. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively convey the features and benefits of our products.
- The primary responsibility will be to engage with potential and existing customers through outbound calls, identifying their needs and recommending suitable lending solutions.
- A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate customer information and updating call outcomes in our database.
- Additionally, the individual will be responsible for meeting daily and monthly call targets as defined by management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
