HCM Functional Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Oracle HCM EBS Consultant. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to implement, configure and provide functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of functional experience in Core HR and Payroll, with exposure to Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment being a plus.
- Implement and configure Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities
- Prepare functional design documents and coordinate with technical teams for customizations
- Assist in testing, user training and data migration activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and client interaction skills, with the ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
Additionally, the candidate must be able to travel onsite to client locations in the Middle East as per project needs and hold a valid Indian passport.
We require an immediate start for this role, with the ideal candidate starting work on the project right away.
