Cloud HCM Functional Architect

We are seeking a skilled Cloud HCM Functional Architect to join our team.

  • A highly analytical problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in large-scale application architectures.
About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling successful go-lives for HCM Cloud implementation projects, resolving issues, building POCs, enhancing existing tools & accelerators, and identifying & resolving issues during test cycles.

  • Must be an expert in functional capacity across HCM Cloud modules.

This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolving complex technical issues in implementation projects.
  • Building Proof of Concepts (POCs) during the sales cycle and enhancing existing tools & accelerators.
  • Identifying and resolving issues encountered during test cycles.
  • Developing and maintaining expertise in functional capacity across HCM Cloud modules.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in large-scale application architectures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with cloud-based systems and implementing successful go-lives for HCM Cloud implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with functional architecture principles and methodologies.
