Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: 8+ years of strong engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Platform Architecting: Proven expertise in architecting and scaling platforms.
  • AI/ML Technologies: Experience with AI/ML technologies and cloud-based systems.
  • Coding Ability: Hands-on coding ability and willingness to engage deeply with product development.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to build, inspire, and manage engineering teams.
  • High-Performance Environment: Ability to thrive in a high-performance, startup environment.
  • Problem Solving: Passion for solving meaningful problems with long-term impact.
