Strategic HR Partner

About the Role:
  • Act as a strategic partner to business units, understanding their objectives and aligning HR practices accordingly.

  • Develop and oversee performance management systems that enhance productivity and drive high performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute change management strategies effectively.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to source, interview, and hire top talent that meets business needs.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
