Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our human resources and administrative operations.

About the Role:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Source and hire candidates across India through various job portals, build talent pipelines for roles in operations, sales, marketing, warehouse, tech, and support, manage the full recruitment cycle.
  • Employee Management & Engagement: Supervise, guide, and motivate employees across multiple locations, monitor employee performance and implement improvement strategies, promote a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented workplace culture.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Handle salary negotiations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation, ensure compliance with labor laws, develop and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Drive HR initiatives to enhance retention, engagement, and satisfaction, organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive (eCommerce or Online Retail preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Naukri and other recruitment platforms
  • Proven skills in recruitment, staff management, and salary negotiation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management abilities
  • Ability to motivate teams, maintain confidentiality, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented mindset
