  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing prime home lending activities.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals responsible for prime home loan origination, underwriting, and servicing.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable institution.
  • Demonstrated track record of at least 10+ years in a senior leadership role within the housing finance industry.
