Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling commercial loan documentation, identifying key terms and entering loan details into the ACBS system of record. This individual will also interpret complex loan structures and translate key terms from commercial loan documentation into the ACBS system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Loan Documentation Management: Receive and review commercial loan documents to identify key terms and enter loan details into the ACBS system of record.
  • Interpret Complex Loan Structures: Understand and interpret complex loan structures and complex loan documentation.
  • Translation of Key Terms: Translate key terms from commercial loan documentation into the ACBS system of record.
  • Client Servicing: Act as primary point of contact for clients on all servicing related activity for the banks direct/bi-lateral/Syndicated loan portfolio.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex loan documentation and identify key terms.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients and team members to ensure timely administration of rate options and borrowing base adjustments.
  • ACBS System Proficiency: Proficient in using the ACBS system of record to enter loan details and manage client relationships.
