Legal Manager Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our legal team and take on key responsibilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Vetting and responding to replies, written submissions, and appeals under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
  • Representing the organization in RERA proceedings before HRERA & HREAT and briefing external counsel as necessary.
  • Drafting settlement deeds and other legal documents to protect the company's rights.
  • Maintaining a record of cases handled, including CRM notifications and updates on interim and final orders.
  • Proficiently working with MS Excel to manage data and track progress.
  • Assisting team leads and performing other tasks assigned by the management related to legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to learn new software quickly.
